TRADITIONAL HISTORIOGRAPHY RUTENSKOY GRECO-CATHOLIC POLITICALLY «BUBBLING» OF RUSSIA IN THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY

At the end of XX – beginning of XXI century with the support of the national governments of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church declared her claim to spiritual integration of modern Ukraine, which made it necessary to study the theological and historical sides of the Uniate Church. This article will consider the changes in the historiography of the problem in the early twentieth century, which will confirm the close connection of the official attention to the Greek Catholicism and the intensity of its historical analysis.

Goals and objectives. The purpose of the scientific article is to analyze the historiography of the Ruthenian Greek Catholicism in the politically "bubbling" Russia of the early twentieth century on the basis of collected and systematized sources. In connection with the purpose of the study, the following tasks of the study were set:

– to highlight the positions of scientists to the Union problems;

– to conduct a comprehensive study of the historiography of Ruthenian Greek Catholicism in the politically "bubbling" Russia of the early twentieth century.

Method of research. In the process of research such scientific methods as analysis and synthesis were used.

Research result. On the basis of the collection and study of historical material was conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

Summary. In the early twentieth century, the situation of social upheaval and weakening factors before stimulating the development of traditionalist historiography and the impact on the analysis of the phenomenon of the Union in two ways. The decline in the popularity of the Union issues and the decline took shape in the 1880-90s, research units, accompanied by the appeal of the Orthodox-thinking professionals on the issue of the development of social-conflict aspects to it. The continuity of the problem historiography in relation to the previous stages was expressed in documenting the Orthodox concept of the Union and in using the positivist method with extreme attention to the smallest details of the studied facts.

HISTORY OF ORTHODOXY ON SAKHALIN. CLERGYMAN ALEXIY PAVLOVICH KUKOLSCHIKOV

The represented article details a life path of one of the clergymen contributed about ten years to Sakhalin island. Holy Father Alexiy Kukolschikov appears before us as a demonstrative example of devotion to the God and people. In spite of all difficulties of the real life on the island during mid XIX – early ХХ century, he became a witness of the life changing events in both social and church life. Archival documents telling about the life of a clergyman help to see from the inside the peculiarities of the life of the islanders of the studied period. Carrying out not simple obediences Father Alexiy managed to conjoint the talents of both the shepherd and missionary, as well as the teacher. Having covered the long life path, served in different regions of Kamchatka and Vladivostok Eparchies, clergyman Alexiy Kukolschikov proved his dedication to the Church of Christ by unfailing belief and martyrdom.

HISTORY OF SETTING "NORTH STAR" THE RUSSIAN EMIGRATION LODGE

According to legend, the Freemasonry to Russia was brought by Peter the Great who became a Freemason during his overseas trips. The first Russian Emperor, under the legend, became the first Grand master of the first Russian lodges. However, there is no documentary evidence of this.

The first official Great master in Russia, the head of the Supreme Masonic lodges, became English General John Phillips in 1731. At that time most of the masons in Russia were foreigners who worked or were doing business in the Russian Empire.

PERSONALITY OF BEKIR SAMI KUNDUH IN THE POLITICAL HISTORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY

The article analyzes the personality of the famous Turkish diplomat Bekir Sami Kunduh, who became the first Minister of foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. Kunduh played a significant role in Turkish politics and had a direct influence on the first President of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. With his active participation, warm relations with the leadership of the Soviet Union were established. Thanks to Kunduh the first attempts to sign cooperation agreements between the government in Ankara and Soviet Russia were made. In this paper, the author studies the political activity of Bekir Sami Kunduh and compares the views of different historians on this figure by the method of comparison.

The article is devoted to a general analysis of the content of the memoirs of Baron de Tott and the definition of a range of issues relevant to consideration on the basis of information provided in memoirs on military companies of Crimean khans and Turks in the second half of the XVIIIth century and the baron's personality.

In his article, the author analyzes the essential content of the concept of heroism. Exploring this concept in historical retrospect, he notes that heroism is everywhere imprinted in people's memory in the personalities of national heroes, it is sung in the heroic epics and reflected in the military and national traditions, widely promoted in the course of patriotic education. Ideas about heroism and heroes currently existing in Russia have been crystallized in the popular perception of feats of epic heroes, heroes of the Patriotic war of 1812, in the combat glory of the Red Army soldiers of the Civil War, soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of the Great Patriotic War

This article is devoted to various methods and tools for resolving ethno-national conflicts in Russia and in world practice. CRITICAL THINKING AS THE PRINCIPLE OF PREVENTION OF NATIONALISM IN THE FORMER SOVIET UNION

In the CIS format, programs aimed at interstate cooperation in the fight against nationalism and extremism have already been proposed and successfully implemented. But among other things, there is a social order in society to strengthen the role of expert, expert and analytical structures that occupy an intermediate position in the communication "state – society", but have a special potential in solving urgent problems. This article reveals the principle of critical thinking in the socio-expert prevention of extremism in the post-Soviet space.

THE ROLE OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE PREVENTING OF INTER-TAJIK CONFLICT

Russian peace-keeping activity was one element in a range of contradictory and often dangerous policies and activities in armed conflicts on Russia’s borders in the post-Soviet period. Russia, from the beginning, was deeply involved in all these conflicts both in a political sense, because of the desire of autonomous regions or Russian minorities within other post-Soviet republics to join the Russian Federation, and in a material sense, because of the supply of Russian arms and mercenaries and even the involvement of regular Russian units in these conflicts following the collapse of the Soviet military machine. Moreover, the conflicts threatened Russia’s own security.

Aspects of the Palestinian statehood in their ratio with the concept "geoephemeral plant" are considered.

IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM AS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL POLITICS. FIRST PHASE (1970-2007)

Nuclear program that is being realized by Iran today is one of the key aspects of the country’s foreign policy doctrine and the cause of serious foreign policy pressure on Iran from a number of world powers, in particular, the United States. However little attention is currently paid to the historic and political aspects of the development of the Iranian nuclear program, in particular, its gradual development, the start of which was given in the period before the Islamic revolution, by the forces of the monarchical regime of the Pahlavi dynasty. Herewith, it is important to note that a number of foreign and domestic policy factors of that time have led to a situation when the necessity for Iran to have its own nuclear program was fully supported by secular and monarchical regime of Pahlavi shahs and by Ayatollah Khomeini who replaced them as a result of the Islamic revolution.
