EURASIAN IDEA IN RUSSIAN HISTORY AND POLITICS
Contemporary and historical Russia is a Eurasian civilization system that has been formed up for centuries. It has absorbed Slavic, Finno-Ugric, Turk, North Caucasian ethnicities, people of Mongol group – Buryats, Kalmyks, native minorities of the North and Siberia (circumpolar civilization), Russian Germans, Russian Jews, Russian Greeks and other ethnicities. Russia’s contemporary Eurasian idea lies in assuring integrating processes in all areas of life-sustaining activity of the people of Russia and the CIS by maintaining and developing their civilizational peculiarities.

ISSUE OF FORMATION OF THE NORTH CAUCASIAN CIVILIZATION
The North Caucasian civilization is a topic of discussion. Researchers see its sources in ancient myths and tales that have remained in the memory of the peoples of the North Caucasus. A study of North Caucasian civilization is important in the system of Eurasian civilization.

STRATEGY OF RUSSIA’S STATE NATIONAL POLICY: WHO WILL BE HAPPY IN RUSSIA?
On the 8th of October 2012, a draft strategy of national policy of the Russian Federation was discussed at the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan. I am presenting my report (exclusively my point of view) on the project for your attention. It reflects the author’s standpoint on national issues in federative Russia.

INTRICATE-COMPOSITE ENTITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: POLITOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
The article examines the multiplicity of entities in the Russian Federation that is accompanied by asymmetry status of Russian regions, especially the presence of the phenomenon of “Intricate-Composition”. The concept of “Intricate-Composition” can be regarded as an administrative and territorial formation, (region, krai) that have judicially independent entities - ethnicity-based autonomous districts.

LABOUR RELATIONS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF SOVIET FEDERALISM
Policy pursued by the Russian government during the building of Socialism confirms a new attitude towards a person and his labour. The constitution of the RSFSR and the labour Code of 1918 become the foundation for the development of labour relations across the entire country. Changes in the labour law of the USSR adopted later continue to strengthen federative form of the multinational state.

CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TOWARDS ETHNOPOLITICAL PROSPERITY OF PEOPLE OF RUSSIA: ETHNIC IMAGE
At present, the Russian Federation is not only the largest state in the world in terms of its territory. The Russian state has been one of the most multinational countries in the world for centuries, a reality based on the will expression of the ethnicities included in its composition. The development of such a country, its economy, the moral and political status of the state are largely determined by how interethnic relations are shaping up, which on their part, depend not only on policy implemented by the government but also on ethnopolitical prosperity of the people of Russia as well as the ethnic image formed by one ethnicity or the other.

ETHNOPOLITICAL CONFLICTS: THEIR FEATURES IN THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC AND WAYS OF RESOLVING
This article is devoted to studying of features of ethnic conflicts in Kyrgyzstan. Special attention is paid to the search of ways and forms of resolution of ethnic conflicts in the country. Author examines the ethnic conflict that occurred in the South in 2010. In this article is analyzed the causes of the severe conflict. The paper also considered the political system in the country.
